We had a hot summer – 105 degrees at some point. We never saw over 75 degrees inside the house without even running the A/C. It is fantastic! In the winter, our heating bill is very low. It doesn't take much to get the house warm.

We are quite happy with our ICF home. It is a little over 2500 sq ft. Our electric bills have been very low . . . my top monthly electric bill was only $101 during the winter. The temperature is very even throughout the house; there are no cold or hot areas . . . . It is a quiet house. One neighbor likes to party, but we don’t hear them due to the ICF walls. Yes, we are pleased with the ICF construction, and Dave did a fine job on the engineering and getting the materials to the site in a timely fashion.
