At Cascade ICF, we are committed to providing high-quality Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) products and accessories that meet industry standards and perform reliably on every job site. Due to the nature of construction materials and the handling requirements of ICF blocks, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have left our facility.
We strongly encourage all customers to review their order details—including quantities, product types, and compatibility with their project specifications—before completing a purchase. Our team is available to answer any questions and help ensure accuracy prior to shipment or pickup.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue. Claims must include photos, packing slips, and other supporting documentation.
